Hello,
My name is Robert Vann.
I am a country boy from Columbus, GA, who, as an Author, Mentor, Educator, Student, Minister, Musician, Motivational speaker, 11-year navy veteran, University Academic Advisor, and Pastor, thrives off of pursuing purpose and believes that all people can do the same. In 2019, I published my first book titled "You are a Strong Man: Addressing the Pitfalls that Men Face and Providing Tools to Overcome Them," and in 2022, I published my second book titled, "Chosen Generation: 6 C.H.O.S.E.N. Principles & Short Stories Equipping Students to Grow in Self-Awareness and become Transformational Leaders". For the last 15 years, I have been working with youth and young adults to grow in their self-awareness. I co-founded a Teen Male youth development program named T.C.O. (The Chosen Ones), under the Ambassadors Community Development Corporation non-profit. As a Student, I've obtained 12 Certificates in Non-Profit Management from Tidewater Community College, earned a Bachelor's in Christian Leadership & Management, and am currently pursuing a Master of Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Leadership & Coaching from Regent University.

Chosen Generation: Student Leadership School Assembly
During this assembly, Robert utilizes his personal student challenges and success along with his 6 C.H.O.S.E.N. principles to motivate students to be resilient and lead others to do the same.

This is a 6 x session series where Robert breaks down his 6 C.H.O.S.E.N. principles and use interactive tools to help students grow in self-awareness and create strategic plans to succeed.

Parent Development Workshop
This workshop is tailored to encourage parents who love their children but are tired, unsure of their efforts, and need a little reassurance. Robert uses this time to breathe life into these parents so that they can fly high like eagles again!
